Free Shipping (Excludes Bags)
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with the exception of bags.
Due to their size and weight, bags incur significantly higher shipping costs. In order to maintain fair and sustainable pricing for all our customers, free shipping is not available for bag purchases.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed within 2–4 business days.
Please note: Our products are often handcrafted and made-to-order. If your item is not currently in stock, it will be produced by our team upon receiving your order and shipped as soon as it’s ready.
Estimated Shipping Time
Standard Shipping (Free): 8–13 business days
Express Shipping (Paid Option): 3–5 business days
Express shipping is available for an additional fee of $20–$42, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

Exchange & Return Policy
Product Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipment.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the issue. We are happy to arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
If the item you'd like to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
To request a return, please log into your account and select "Return Item(s)", or email us directly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Warranty
All our products are backed by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
